At K Konnect Global LLC, we strive to provide high-quality digital marketing and advertising services. If you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a refund within 15 days of the purchase or service agreement date.

The request must include your name, service purchased, and reason for the refund.

Refunds are applicable only for services that have not been fully delivered or where service commitments were not met as outlined in the agreement.

Completed services or work delivered within the agreed timeline

Customized campaigns, content creation, or any third-party ad spend that has already been used

Consultation or strategy sessions already conducted
Refund Process

Once your request is received and approved, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method originally used for the purchase.

Partial refunds may be issued at the discretion of K Konnect Global LLC depending on the portion of the service completed.
